Slow Cooker Steakhouse Cowboy Baked Beans ðŸ¤
A hearty and flavorful dish featuring a combination of beans, bacon, ground beef, and a variety of spices. Perfect for a comforting meal or as a side dish at a barbecue.
Ingredients:
- ½ lb. thick-cut bacon, cut into pieces
- ½ lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) chili beans (don’t drain)
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained

- ½ cup brown sugar
- â…“ cup HEINZ Ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until browned and tender.
- Transfer the cooked beef mixture, bacon, and all other ingredients to a slow cooker.
- Stir well to combine and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or on HIGH for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
