Shrimp Lo Mein


8 oz lo mein noodles
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups mixed vegetables carrots, bell peppers, broccoli
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste


1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3. Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.

6. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until everything is heated through and coated in sauce.

7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
