Prep: 20minutes

Cook: 40minutes

Total: 1hour

Ingredients

  • â–¢1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or regular salt
  • â–¢1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • â–¢1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • â–¢2 pounds golden potatoes washed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • â–¢24 ounces kielbasa sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
  • â–¢1/4 onion diced small
  • â–¢1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • â–¢2 tablespoons olive oil

How To Make Sausage and Potatoes

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  • Mix together red pepper flakes, seasoned salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Place potatoes, kielbasa, onion, and garlic in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil mixture over potato mixture, then sprinkle seasonings over potatoes and sausage and toss until coated.
  • Arrange on the sheet pan evenly. Bake for 40 -45 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

Storage Directions

  • Fridge. When storing leftover sausage and potatoes use a airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for 3-4 days. I don’t recommended freezing leftovers as the texture isn’t the same when it’s defrosted and reheated.
  • Reheat. The leftovers heat well in a microwave in a pinch. Or you can add them to a skillet and gently warm over medium-low heat.
