Cheeseburger French Fry Casserole

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen french fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced pickles, sliced onions, sour cream


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and green bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine tomato soup, tomato sauce, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  5. Add cooked ground beef mixture to the sauce and stir.
  6. Spread half of the frozen french fries in the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Pour the ground beef mixture over the french fries.
  8. Spread the remaining french fries on top of the ground beef mixture.
  9. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese evenly over the casserole.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  12. Top with desired toppings, such as diced tomatoes, sliced pickles, sliced onions, or sour cream.
