Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Optional garnishes: chopped herbs, lemon wedges
Directions:
1 – Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper to taste.
2 – Place the steak bites in the pan in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
3 – Lower the heat to medium. Add the butter and garlic to the pan with the steak bites. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the garlic is fragrant and the butter is melted.
4 – Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately, with optional garnishes if desired.
