1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (or more to taste)

1 tsp smoked paprika

2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Hot Honey Drizzle:

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp hot sauce

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread evenly on the baking sheet.

3. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and tender.

4. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium heat and add ground beef.

5. Cook until browned, breaking up with a spatula.

6. Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

7. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and smoked paprika; cook 2 more minutes.

8. In a small bowl, whisk honey, hot sauce, and red pepper flakes to make the drizzle.

9. Assemble bowls: layer rice, roasted sweet potatoes, and beef mixture.

10. Drizzle with hot honey and top with green onions before serving.
