Salted Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Bars
Salted Caramel Brownie Cheesecake Bars are an indulgent dessert that layers a rich, fudgy brownie base with a smooth cheesecake filling and a drizzle of sweet salted caramel. The combination of chocolate, creamy cheesecake, and caramel with a hint of salt makes these bars perfect for special occasions or when you want a truly decadent treat.
Ingredients for the brownie layer: 1 box brownie mix prepared according to package directions or your favorite homemade brownie batter.
Ingredients for the cheesecake layer: 8 ounces cream cheese softened, ½ cup granulated sugar, 1 large egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Ingredients for the topping: ½ cup caramel sauce and ½ teaspoon flaky sea salt.
To prepare the bars, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions and spread it evenly into the prepared pan.
In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and gently spread it into an even layer.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted comes out with just a few moist crumbs.
Allow the bars to cool completely. Drizzle the caramel sauce evenly over the top and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Chill for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
