Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap
Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap is a savory, flavorful meal featuring seasoned ground beef, melted nacho cheese, and fresh vegetables all wrapped in a soft tortilla. It’s quick to prepare, filling, and perfect for lunch, dinner, or a snack on the go.
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef, 1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 tablespoons homemade), ½ cup water, 4 large flour tortillas, 1 cup shredded cheddar or nacho cheese, 1 cup shredded lettuce, 1 medium tomato diced, ½ cup sour cream, and optional salsa or jalapeños.
To prepare the beef, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat if necessary, then add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the beef is well coated and flavorful.
To assemble the wraps, warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Place a portion of the seasoned beef in the center of each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and a dollop of sour cream. Add salsa or jalapeños if desired.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly to form a wrap. Serve immediately while warm, or optionally grill the wrap in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side to melt the cheese and crisp the tortilla slightly.
