Ingredients
2 crispy chicken cutlets (store-bought or air-fried)
4 cups mixed salad greens
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup pickled red onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Dressing:
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon hot sauce (like Frank’s or sriracha)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare crispy chicken by heating it in air fryer or oven until golden and hot.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
3. Arrange salad greens in a large bowl and top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, pickled onions, and cheddar.
4. Slice crispy chicken and place on top.
5. Drizzle with honey hot dressing.
6. Garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
Notes
Use pre-cooked crispy chicken to save time.
For extra crunch, add crushed tortilla chips or nuts.
