Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are juicy, cheesy mini burgers wrapped in buttery biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and baked to golden perfection — a perfect party appetizer or fun weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into quarters
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
4. Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle.
5. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef and a piece of cheese in the center of each dough circle.
6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges tightly to seal into a ball shape.
7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
9. Brush each cheeseburger bomb generously with the garlic butter mixture.
10. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
11. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or garlic aioli for dipping.
Notes
Use mozzarella or pepper jack instead of cheddar for a flavor twist.
To make ahead, assemble the bombs and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
Air fryer option: Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
Serve with marinara sauce for an Italian-style version.
