Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini is a creamy, comforting pasta casserole made with tender chicken, spaghetti, mushrooms, and a rich, cheesy sauce. Baked until bubbly and golden, this classic dish is perfect for busy weeknights, potlucks, or make-ahead family dinners.

Ingredients: 12 ounces spaghetti broken in half, 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced, 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup sour cream, ½ cup chicken broth, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and black pepper to taste, and optional chopped parsley.

To prepare the tetrazzini, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
