Condensed Milk Pecan Pie
Condensed Milk Pecan Pie is a rich, classic Southern dessert with a smooth, custardy filling and a sweet nutty flavor. Using sweetened condensed milk creates a creamy texture and perfectly balanced sweetness, making this pie a favorite for holidays and family gatherings.
Ingredients: 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk, 3 large eggs room temperature, 1 cup light corn syrup, ¼ cup unsalted butter melted, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1½ cups pecan halves or chopped pecans.
To prepare the pie, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
Stir in the pecans, then pour the filling evenly into the prepared pie crust.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the center is set and only slightly jiggles. If the crust edges begin to brown too quickly, cover them loosely with foil.
Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
