Ingredients
6 cups cubed brioche or challah bread (about 1 loaf)
3 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions
