Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites are a warm, sweet breakfast or brunch treat that combines the soft, gooey flavor of cinnamon rolls with classic French toast. Bite-sized and easy to serve, they’re perfect for weekends, holidays, or a fun family breakfast.

Ingredients: 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls cut into quarters (icing reserved), 3 large eggs, ½ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, and powdered sugar for dusting if desired.

To prepare the French toast bites, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl.

Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, coating them well.

Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the coated cinnamon roll pieces in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the skillet and drizzle with the reserved icing. Dust lightly with powdered sugar if desired.
